Magic Key Story Hour
Let members of the Westland High School Key Club unlock your imagination with these enchanged adventures through amazing tales and spectacular stories. For children under age 7.

Toddler Tuesdays Storytime
A storytime for those energetic 2 and 3-year-olds! Please us for stories, songs, fingerplays, and crafts designed to get children excited about reading. No registration required.

Ages 2-3 years
(accompanied by at least one adult)

Tuesdays at 11:00 a.m.
January 19 - April 13
(no storytime Feb 23, Mar 23 & 30)


Preschool Storytime
Join us for stories, songs, fingerplays and crafts geared especially for preschoolers. This is a wonderful way to introduce your child to early literacy skills and get them excited agout reading. No registration required.

Ages 4-6 years
(accompanied by at least one adult)

Teen Time Out
Teens! What is your favorite movie? Please come in anytime this week and test your movie quote skills. ongoing
Wee Reads
Introduce your baby to storytime fun with stories, songs and playtime. Ages newborn through 18 months. Parents and caregivers should be prepared to be actively involved and have an exciting time. Program will last approximately 20 minutes with social and playtime afterward. No registration required.

Wednesdays at 11:00 a.m.

Arcade Afternoons
Please join us at the library for some cool gaming. We will be playing games for the xBox 260 and Nintendo Wii like Guitar Hero, Rock Band and more. Come in and show us your gaming skills. For teens ages 11-17.

Chapter Chat

Twisted Tea Party
A very merry un-birthday to you, and YOU! tumble down the rabbit hole in to the library for tea at out tea party! Don't be late for this very important date. Ages 7 & up. (Hurry, space is limited to first 15 to register.) Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Registration is required.
Tween Tuesdays
Learn. Create. Share. Bring something to share: art, music, poetry, short story, photos, scrapbooking, webpage, gaming, blogs, and we'll display at the library. We'll have materials to create something unique. Ages 10-12. Tuesday at 6:30 Registration is required.
